Registration fees
Before the registration deadline May 31th:
- Academic 200€
- Student 100€
After the registration deadline May 31th:
- Academic 300€
- Student 150€
Registration fees includes coffee breaks, lunches, guided visit to Acropolis museum, the social dinner overlooking the Acropolis, and electronic proceedings.
For accompanying persons, fees for participation to the guided museum visit and social dinner are 60 euros.
Registration process
The registration fees are handled by the Harokopio University’s Special Account on Research Funding (SARF) that manages the conference’s budget.
Registrations are only available through bank transfers (unfortunately the University’s account does not support credit card, pay pal, and other suchlike forms of payment).
To complete your registration you need to:
- Wire transfer the fee to the SARF’s account
- IBAN: GR2701100530000005300226593
- BIC/SWIFT: ETHNGRAA
- Make sure to state in the transaction fields the following details: “{yourname}-GASC”
- Make a copy of the transaction receipt
- Send the transaction receipt to: gascom18@hua.gr (You will receive the deposit receipt once you register in the desk on the 18th of June but if you need it earlier make sure to mention it in your email)
